and extra heavy 5-ply construction for waterless cooking and fast, even
heat distribution. The high dome cover is 5-ply and has been designed to
use for separate roasting or baking in the oven up to 350F or on top of
the stove as a fry pan. There is a lifetime warranty on the non-electric
stainless steel parts and a 5 year warranty on the electric parts. UL approved.
